In this video I explain what are solo ads and why you should think twice before thinking about buying them. I honestly attribute my first 7-8 years of failure, amongst other things, to them. When I finally decided to cut myself off from solo ads and start building traffic a different way, my results skyrocketed.
Coincidence? I think not. There are a lot of things wrong with solo ads. For one, a lot of it is not real human beings clicking on your links. In fact, most of it is bot traffic.
A lot of solo ads sellers don’t even know their traffic isn’t real. The other thing is that people on solo ad lists are just freebie and opportunity seekers. So you need to be careful. I would say they can be added to an overall traffic plan, but they should not be your main source.
