Every online marketer who is successful with their network marketing prospecting has learned new skill sets. Think of it like this, if your company told you that in order to keep your employment you had to learn a new system and do it in 5 weeks… you would find a way. No different with an online business. You will need to learn phone skills, current marketing techniques, copywriting and more. All this information can overload you; learn to take it in small pieces. Master one then move onto the next, it is easier to eat a cow a little at a time.
Training:
This is a key to having success prospecting in whatever network marketing opportunity you are involved with. This is an ongoing journey, you must understand that you are never completely trained, there is always something different to learn, or a new marketing technique that you have not heard about. Assimilate everything you can get your hands on when it comes to network marketing prospecting, marketing and anything else that may have to do with your business. I.E. E-books, self employment books, audio and video training. You may need to buy some of these, but this is money well spent.
Landing pages:
You need professional converting landing pages if you expect to convert prospects introduced to your network marketing opportunity into sales. You have 2 options when it comes to landing pages. Learn HTML, which can be complicated or see if someone in your current network marketing business has a system already in place. This second option is great if you’re just starting out, you can simply send prospects to a proven landing page that converts.
Auto responders:
A professional auto responder with quality follow up emails will be a key in your prospecting. These auto responders will keep your network marketing opportunity in front of your new prospects. The average prospect needs to see your network marketing opportunity at least 6 to 8 times before making a decision. If you have to set up your own auto responder plan on outsourcing your needs to copywriters, design engineers and maybe even more. Or look within your own organization to see if anyone there already has an auto responder system in place.
