Subramanyam For Sale (2015) is a Telugu action comedy film written and directed by Harish Shankar. The film stars Sai Dharam Tej in the lead role, Regina Cassandra, Adah Sharma and Rakul Preet Singh in the female lead roles while Brahmanandam, Ali and Posani Krishna Murali play pivotal roles. The movie is produced by Dil Raju on Sri Venkateswara Creations banner. S. Thaman composed the music for this movie.
The plot of the movie is: Subramanyam (Sai Dharam Tej) goes to USA to earn money so that he can marry his girlfriend Seeta (Regina Cassandra). He gets cheated by a woman named Sashi (Adah Sharma) and loses all his money. He then meets another woman named Chaitra (Rakul Preet Singh) who helps him to get his money back from Sashi. How did Subramanyam get his money back from Sashi? What happens to Seeta? That forms the rest of the story.
The movie starts off with a bang and is loaded with entertainment throughout. The first half of the movie is filled with comedy and romance while the second half has some high octane action sequences. The performances by all the actors are top notch, especially Sai Dharam Tej who is just superb in his role. Regina Cassandra, Adah Sharma and Rakul Preet Singh are also good in their respective roles. Brahmanandam and Ali provide some good comic relief while Posani Krishna Murali is menacing as always.
The music by Thaman is just amazing and all the songs are extremely catchy. The cinematography by Chota K. Naidu is top notch and he has captured some beautiful locations in USA beautifully. The editing by Gautham Raju is neat and he has also done a good job with the action sequences. Overall, Subramanyam For Sale is an extremely entertaining film which has everything that one looks for in a commercial entertainer – Romance, Comedy, Action, Drama and Emotion. Go watch it!
