SMS Marketing for Motivated Sellers
Text message marketing is a great way to stay in touch with motivated sellers. In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to create a batch lead list and send a text message to all of the leads at once.
First, you’ll need to create a list of leads. To do this, go to the “Lists” tab and click “Create List.”
Next, you’ll need to enter the information for each lead. Be sure to include the lead’s name, phone number, and email address.
Once you’ve created the list, you can send a text message to all of the leads at once. To do this, go to the “Messages” tab and click “Send Message.”
In the “To” field, enter the phone number for the lead list. In the “Subject” field, enter “Batch Lead Text Message.”
In the “Message” field, enter the following text:
“Hi! This is [Your Name] from [Your Company]. I wanted to let you know that we’re currently working on a new project and we’re looking for motivated sellers. If you’re interested in learning more, please call us at [Your Phone Number] or email us at [Your Email Address].”
Click “Send” to send the text message to all of the leads on the list.
