This is a time when social distancing is hindering everyone’s ability to do business. With that thought in mind, I wanted to share a few ways to generate leads that are social distancing friendly.
When it comes to real estate lead generation, we want to have a quantity of leads and also improve lead quality. During today’s video, I share how to do both.
Lead quantity always comes from lead generation ads. My clients are still seeing great results with Facebook lead generation ads right now. They are often generating leads for less than $2 per lead.
Lead quality depends on the frequency of contact as well as the source. You should be doing retargeting ads to your leads to increase the lead quality. Also, marketing to your past clients and your sphere of influence are critical. They are your best source of referrals.
