And before you know it, you’ve wasted all that money and hundreds of leads and you’ve got to start over. You’d shell out another couple hundred and repeat the process.

The next thing you want to do is think about what kind of prospect do you want to sponsor in your business? What are THEY interested in?
Without jumping right in to an encyclopedia of information, let’s take the most straight-forward, get-to-the-point example that we could possibly do. You’re looking for someone who’s ALREADY USING your company’s product!
If you’re in a travel company, you can possibly offer a travel voucher. If you’re in a health-product company, how about a report on lowering your cholesterol!?
Free and low-cost reports are my personal favorite. Simply put, they’re buying info on YOUR product. YOU can write a short report about how some of your customers liked your line of _____ products because of their (health benefits, travel discounts, energy, etc..)
Even if you sell this report for $2, you’re creating a lead every single time one is sold. Now, instead of paying for your leads… your leads are paying to be your prospects.
There are many other ways to generate leads using eBay. Classified ads, your ‘about me’ page, as well as a bunch more product/service options are usable as well. The key is to be creative and BE DIFFERENT.
