How to Use WordPress
WordPress is a popular content management system (CMS) that helps you easily create and manage your website. In this WordPress 101 tutorial, we’ll show you how to use WordPress to create a website step by step.
Installing WordPress
The first step is to install WordPress on your web server. If you’re using shared hosting, your web host will likely have a one-click installer that you can use to install WordPress.
If you’re using Windows, you can also install WordPress locally on your computer using WampServer. This can be helpful if you want to test out WordPress before installing it on your live web server.
Once you’ve installed WordPress, you can access the admin area by going to http://example.com/wp-admin (replace example.com with your domain name). You’ll be asked to login with the username and password that you created during the installation process.
Creating Content in WordPress
WordPress comes with a built-in content editor that allows you to easily create and edit your content. To create a new post in WordPress, simply click on the “Add New” link under the “Posts” menu in the left sidebar of the admin area.
