Facebook ads have changed the game for business promotion. Now with Facebook ads you can show your company’s ads to your exact target market.
So let’s say you sell bicycles on your ecommerce store and in your brick and mortar storefront. Your target market for your bikes are girls between the ages of 21 and 40 years old who like reading Runners World Magazine who make a lot of online purchases.
When you run a TV ad, you’re trying to nail jello to the wall hoping that it sticks. You have absolutely no idea who is watching your commercial. And you have no way to track how many sales that commercial generated, if it made any sales.
Now with Facebook ads, you can direct your ads to be shown to your exact target customer. You can tell Facbeook that you want your company’s promotion to be shown to girls between 21 and 30 years old who like Runners World Magazine.
But wait, there’s more,
Because Facebook is a digital platform, it can track what people do after seeing your ad.
Sounds creepy right? It kind if is. Facebook tracks what their 1.6 billion users are doing.
That means when I run a Facebook ad, they keep track on who sees my ad. So if you see my ad, come onto my website, and make a purchase. Facebook can tell how mow many dollars it took in adspend to get someone to make a purchase.
That means if you have a $100 profit margin, your job with running Facebook ads is to keep optimizing your ads until you can get a purchase for less than $100 in ads.
And I’m not done yet, what about the people that don’t make a purchase? Well Facebook tracks them too, so you can create a second ad campaign targeting these people.
ou can give them a special offer to incentivize them to buy or you can show them some cool features on your beak.
I made a quick video to show you one of my Favorite Facebook ad tricks, you can watch it on my website by clicking this link right here or by clicking the link in the caption.
I hope you guys are starting to see the power of Facebook ads because I have just begun to scratch the surface on what you can do and when I started to see all that you can do with Facebook ads I couldn’t believe it.
