HyperCampaign is a robust tool for creating and managing email marketing campaigns. With companies like Barnes & Noble, UPS, MTV, and Western Union using this platform, it’s no wonder this has all you’d want and expect in an email marketing service.
In this demonstration, we’re going to show you the basics of adding people to your lists, how to filter people to create new lists, and creating a sign-up form that can be embedded on your website. Then we’ll show you how to create an email and schedule the email blast.
Let’s begin by adding people to your database. First you’ll want to setup custom database fields, which can be created in a several input formats.
Do you currently have your data stored in an Excel sheet or CSV file? All of that can be imported through the “Add/Import” button under the Subscribers tab.
Say you want to filter your huge database to show only entries that fall under certain field conditions. This example would show only entries associated with the company ACME Equipment, Inc.
And collecting emails of people you want to add to your list has never been easier. Anyone can create custom, professional web forms with just a few clicks.
You can add any of your database fields to a new web form, specify as many fields required to be filled out, and designate which lists the person will automatically be added to.
There’s also a default Thank You message and an Activation message in case you want to confirm their subscription to the list to prevent spammers.
Okay, now we have the email addresses we want to send to. Let’s create the email. You have the option of creating simple text emails, rich-format HTML emails, or choosing from over a dozen templates provided by HyperCampaign.
You can fully customize your emails with the many building options you see here – adding a mail merge value from your database for personalization, adding images which can be used for branding, using the rich-format editor, or uploading from file.
Have you ever wanted to know the effectiveness of your email blast and success rate of your campaign? HyperCampaign offers tracking of click-through activity in its scheduling delivery options, which reports how many people open your email and the number of click-throughs.
