1 – Relevancy – it calls out the audience it’s speaking too
2 – Protection From Loss – it promises to protect us from something we care about
3 – Connection – by including the human name (not just business name) of the sender
4 – Minimises the cost of investment – it sounds like it’s going to be quick and easy to consume so it’ll be worth my time and effort
5 – Specificity – ‘4’ is more impactful than ‘some’. It generates curiosity (I need to know all 4 of these) and reassurance again that the content isn’t too long.
