Very nice Plugin allowing your Readers to easily spot similar post to related topics. I do prefer the Plugin Similar Posts which is the same thing but not currently working with my theme. All these do is place similar posts at the bottom of your article so your readers will be able to easily navigate to something similar to what they just read keeping them on your website.
Random Posts
Same idea as Similarity Plugin, with this you are able to catch your readers attention on other topics you like to talk about. You always want to have a couple categories for your readers to choice from and let them know that you talk about other topics by using random posts. Remember the chance of a reader actually browsing your site for articles or landing on your homepage are way less then them landing on an actual article page and them noticing what other topics you are talking about by seeing your sidebars and similar posts.
