It’s a fairly simple process, but there are a few things you need to know in order to get started. Here’s a quick tutorial on how to find and add Clickbank affiliate ads to your WordPress site or blog.
First, you need to sign up for a Clickbank account. This is free and easy to do. Just go to their website and fill out the form. Once you have an account, log in and click on the “Marketplace” tab at the top of the page.
This will take you to a page where you can browse all of the products that are available for promotion. There are literally thousands of products to choose from in a variety of categories. To narrow down your choices, you can use the search bar at the top of the page or browse by category.
When you find a product that interests you, click on it and then scroll down to the “Promote” button. This will take you to the affiliate sign-up page for that product. Fill out the form and be sure to enter your Clickbank ID in the “Nickname” field so that you can get credit for any sales that come through your affiliate link.
Once you’re signed up as an affiliate, they will provide you with a unique link that you can use to promote the product. This link will contain your Clickbank ID so that they know where to credit any sales that come through it. Copy this link and then head over to your WordPress site or blog.
On your WordPress site, create a new post or page and then paste your affiliate link into it wherever you want the banner ad or link to appear. If you want an image banner, you can find these by clicking on the “Banners” tab on the left side of the Clickbank Marketplace page (underneath the “Promote” button). Just find an image that looks good, copy its HTML code, and then paste it into your post or page in WordPress.
