Ad placeholders are a type of ad code that allows you to control where ads are displayed on your website. They can be used to improve the visibility of your ads, and they can also be used to improve the user experience on your site by ensuring that ads don’t interfere with the content.
The Ezoic Chrome Extension is a tool that allows you to easily create and manage ad placeholders on your website. In this tutorial, we’ll show you how to use the extension to create an ad placeholder for a banner ad.
First, you’ll need to install the Ezoic Chrome Extension. Once it’s installed, you’ll see an icon in your browser’s toolbar. Click on the icon and then click “Options.”
On the options page, you’ll need to enter your website’s URL and then click “Save.”
Next, you’ll need to go to the page where you want to insert the ad placeholder. In this example, we’re going to insert an ad placeholder for a banner ad at the top of our home page.
Once you’re on the appropriate page, click the Ezoic icon in your browser’s toolbar and then click “Insert Ad Placeholder.”
A popup window will appear that will allow you to configure the ad placeholder. First, you’ll need to select the type of placeholder that you want to insert. For this example, we’re going to insert a “banner” placeholder.
