The adapter does not have power supply, so it can not charge your device. For your user experience, we suggest you use it with power connected, if your device only has 1 port, please make sure your device battery is fully charged.
Is this adapter compatible with my device?
Please confirm that your USB-C device supports video output. For phones please refer to Dex / DP Alt / MHL mode. For PCs please refer to USB 3.1 or Thunderbolt 3 / 4 with DP Alt mode. If still not sure, please mail for technical assistance.
Does it support dual monitors?
Hello, the adapter can only extend to 1 single monitor.
Why the sound is not transmitted to the TV?
Please choose your TV as the audio output device.
For Mac: Settings → System Preferences → Sound → Output → Select your TV

Is there a limit to the HDMI cable length?
To avoid signal degradation, it is recommended to use a cable of up to 10 feet.
