I just received these today – they are small enough and easy to plug in now I have ordered more to finish the house . I placed all these in the bedroom area of the house to hopefully drive the critters out in an orderly fashion. Tomorrow I will add pressure by putting another group of these pest things on the other side of the house and my final will be to add these all around the garage. I believe it’s like spraying for bugs in a new house that was vacant for a couple of years- always spray the inside first before spraying outside. You want to drive the bugs outside not spray outside first because that just drives the bugs into the house. We learned this the hard way when my ex sprayed outside of our new home and drove all the scorpions inside the house . We came from a cooler climate without many bugs so I didn’t fault my ex over his spraying outside because he just did what he knew. However- I’m starting these mouse repellent in the back room f the house and will gradually add to the middle then the far end only to finally end with the garage. I’m hoping to drive the critters out through the garage. Then I have purchased massive ultrasonic repellent for my garage. I am adding peppermint and cinnamon to the house as well. Overkill? Probably. The neighbors all feed the Ferrel cats so the rats have a food supply. I don’t feed the cats but I get all the garbage that a Ferrel cat brings including the rats that eat their food outside. I don’t want the rats and mice dying in my home because they will stink up the place so these pest control things are the best I could find. I’m hoping they work as described plus I’m giving them the very best chance by putting 2-3 units in every room. Yes- money well spent if you ask me. I have a big dog that doesn’t deserve to be poisoned and hopefully these critters will go back to the source houses as they should.

We plugged these in and caught one last mouse that day. It has been 4 weeks and we have not seen another mouse or any signs of mice since. We live in a 2 story house with basement. We put 3 in the basement because that is how they were getting in. We put one in the kitchen and one on the second floor just in case. We also put one in our detached garage in case they tried to move in there. We have a cockatiel and were concerned that she might be effected by them.
