The only bit of feedback I have is that if you leave it plugged into something overnight it will continue to drain power even if the thing you are charging is full. So if you leave it plugged in overnight it will die. Otherwise love it. Really great.

The only downside is that charging through it is a no-go because it charges very slowly and doesn’t pick up current draw when you have something else plugged in, ie your phone. iPhone 14 will discharge this thing until it’s full while the brick is plugged into a wall charger. Otherwise it is great.

This battery pack would not hold a charge for a 5 hour flight plugged into my cell phone that started at 100%. The battery pack is clearly defective and when I got back from my trip I found that I was just past the 30 day mark which is the last day that UGREEN or AMAZON provides any service on this pack. Clearly a defective product and my only recourse is a charge back on my credit card. I should be able to return this to amazon for at least a couple of months… 90 days maybe? But no… according to terms of service 30 days and you are out of luck. I had only played with this unit briefly before my last trip and I noted some oddities (seemed to discharge from 100% to 1% with nothing connected to it in a couple of days)… I thought I must have forgot to charge it or something but now I know it’s got problems. I would have just exchanged this and not left a flame spraying review but with a 30 day return policy, I feel like they know what is up. After writing this review, UGREEN reached out and took care of the issue, so I added back most of the stars. Wish they would just cover the product for exchanges for at least the first 90 days.

I have an older 22000mAh bank, I never use it because the output is low and it takes a solid 24 hours to charge, so I never really want to use it unless I need to.

I know there are way cheaper options for the same capacity, but they dont have the power output this does. I also don’t trust the random Chinese stuff with fake disposable brand names. You will likely end up with lower capacity and/or output than advertised, and the cells will be junk and won’t last. I have bought a fair share of ugreen stuff and it’s never let me down, you get what you pay for with ugreen.

My main goal with this was to charge my DJI Mini 3 Pro drone batteries in the field. I now have the capability to charge 3 drone batteries simultaneously at 32Watts each. From 100% dead, I can get 5 extra flights out of this, while only taking a couple of hours to charge the bank back up.

It’s a nice form factor and appears to be well made, like all other ugreen stuff. Very happy with this.

I’d skimped on my last power bank. When it let me down one final time I decided to go the whole hog and go for a beast. After scanning the options I decided on this one, which worked out £20 cheaper than the alternative with a similar spec. (The INIU with the fancy display)
I’d realized this was going to be a bit of a brick compared with my old one, but on arrival it is huge. It is also a huge capacity mind, so I’m not disappointed. It’s not something you would want to carry around ‘just in case’, it’s too heavy, but as a planned power backup it’s great.
After reading the (minute) instructions I’ve come to realize that I need to print a label to stick on the bottom to remind me that I can trickle charge it. (Couldn’t the manufacturer have done this)
My one major complaint is that the power button is an un-guarded push-click button that can easily be pressed accidentally whilst inside the case (bag), so I may have to come up with a hard case to stop that happening and stash a few leads.
