Now that I am a streamer, I can no longer afford to use Wi-Fi connection for any part of my set up. I needed something to carry the ethernet signal directly to my PlayStation five my TV, my computer, and a few other things, and this did the trick perfectly we simply plug a ethernet cord from the modem into this, and it carries the signal without losing a step.

Nice little unmanaged switch. Great for adding connections at your home. Always had good luck with TP-Link units. This might be a limited case, but mine came with one of the pins in Port 1 not seated in the port. I should have taken a picture before I fixed it, but I didn’t. Wasn’t terribly hard to get the wire pushed back into the slot and there’s still enough bow/arc that I don’t anticipate any connection problems. Always a good idea to check your ports on any RJ45 connection before installing cable. I still am rating this unit high because it’s only a minor issue and it’s easier for me to fix it myself than process a replacement, which I’m sure Amazon and Seller would have done without question.
