I bought this camera with skepticism. But after installing it, it works for me and what I’d like it to do. The cool thing is all the features that it has like, motion tracking/detection and sound detection, talking, listening, siren, moving the camera up/down and side/side. It’s clear enough for me and at night it has three settings in night mode…smart mode which turns on the light and appears in color when it detects a human, Infrared mode-which is black/white and color light mode-the light stays on in this mode. Best part, you DO NOT have to pay for subscription and look at playback right on your phone’s app once you install a mini SD card to the camera. It was hard for me to find a formatted TF FAT32 card. This company sells one but it’s like $20. You can buy one from amazon, like i did for $10 ( Lexar 128GB) and format it yourself. It is sooo easy and takes about five minutes. Just make sure the microcard is for a camera, drone etc..You’ll see the requirements on the literature that comes with the camera but ignore that it has to be FAT32 format when you purchase it, You can format it to FAT32 after. I’ve attached some pics of the day and two night modes mentioned above, I’ve also attached the microSD card that I purchased.

No batteries, wires or solar panel to install simply screw the camera device into an existing light socket. Picture and video are very clear. Screw it into an existing the light socket. Very easy to install, use your phone to download the app allow the camera to scan the QR code that is displayed on your phone and your in business! Many options on the app that are great! I set the area I want the camera to scan and I was able to set the camera to go on at 8:00pm and shut off at 7:00am, app alarm is set to go off when a human is detected….I learned not to set for all motion…haha…I quickly changed that option (to many cars drive by! haha) the light turns on the device when a human is detected, it rotates and follows the motion of the human and takes a video. It stores the videos in the cloud (I subscribed to the service, $4.49 a month. I thought well worth the $54.00 a year for peace of mind. You don’t have to subscribe to the service tho, you can view the activity from the camera via the app on your phone. The camera also allows you to hear what is transpiring, the voice is very clear on the app, you can hear what is going on outside from your phone. You can turn this option on and off. It allows you to speak back thru the camera if you want, You could say…”Police are on their way”! It also has a pretty loud alarm, press the alarm button on your phone app and it goes off outside on the camera!
I would recommend this security camera. As you can see on the pictures attached, the camera screws into an outside yard light socket. Very clear pictures day and night. , I’ve had it for about 3 weeks…so far so GOOD!
