U womt ever get it back. The features are also trash. I had to get a replacement the first time. Then here it is again. But this time it was an Even bigger problem. I wouldnt recommend im so serious. And im with tmobile so they cnt fix it bc i bought the phone from amazon. This is crazy No wonder this company is out of stock or they dnt know when it will be back in stock. Purchased phone to use while on vacation in Jamaica and it was a HUGE dissappointment. It overheated when I put it on the charger to put my chip in it. It was ghost texting! Needless to say I have returned it and now waiting for my return. Per the tracking they have the package but the response says refund will be issues by March 22nd and its March 11th.

It said that it was unlocked to all carriers but that was a lie. A BIG FAT LIE!!! Its only unlocked to T-mobile. Then you have to be with T-mobile for atleast 3 months before they will unlock it.
