Wow but damn!

Had it for 24 hrs — As advertised it is an Android 10 which what I wanted to get specific performance for my CCTV cams. Screen is fabulous – colors & image quality. Data storage space is really good. SD card location sux as I primarily use it in landscape mode and my windshield mount holder goes right over it to be centered. Machine seems to be quick responding. DOWN SIDE is limited battery life. Best in two trials was just 4 hours monitoring the CCTV cams. Constant on with varying drive by traffic across the static landscape & light into dark. After low battery shut off it got a 6 hour recharge in shut off mode. Next test gave 3 hr 40 minutes to shut off. This unit is replacing my first Android 10 tablet that just as the warranty was expiring started loosing battery life. Now at 17 months a 100% charge will last for maybe 3 MINUTES! Unit is still being offered new but apparently NO ONE sells the battery so must buy a new machine. I do NOT like Android 11 OS… Problem MAY be what changes a manufacturer makes for THEIR specific machines.

So this Pritom… I like it so well that I will probably buy another as a spare in a couple of weeks.

I have not spent any real time yet with the graphics capabilities but I will in the next few days — topo & National Parks, goog Earth & other off road trails mapping apps. Had a hard time getting icons into associated groups like WiFi or document processing or math or utilities etc. Sky clouds trees are super sharp images REALLY nice. AND I wish that that there was ONE STANDARD power plug end…

Real question will be performance in 6 & 12 months???

I am a musician and have been using digitized sheet music on and off for a while, but didn’t want to keep my more expensive iPad in my horn case all the time. Fair enough, this isn’t the fastest tablet out there, but at 1/10th (or 1/20th) the price, I would never expect it to be! I’ve connected a bluetooth keyboard and been able to do basic word processing, emails, and some spreadsheet work without any problems.

Basic games with graphics work just fine. Streaming isn’t a problem and video runs well on this tablet. Connectivity is great so far via Wi-Fi at multiple places even without the strongest signal available.

As for the primary purpose which is displaying sheet music, this tablet is perfect! Pages load quickly, touch is responsive for annotations. My other concern was draining a lot when not used. After about 6 days in standby mode in the horn case, the system only dropped from 88-85%.

I used a generic screen protector, but am thrilled that they have the molded clear shell with a trifold cover available from their store. Bought that as well and do not feel a need for other cases. I will likely soon buy a second which can be used with an app to display two pages at a time. Very pleased with the display quality.

I will admit that I did not read the processing specs before purchasing. I would recommend this for smaller children or for persons who are not in need of fast processing/output.

Its pretty decent, got it to read books, but since day 1 ive had problems with it from time to time randomly restarting itself for no reason….tonight it did it 3 times while trying to use the camera! Not ok Pritom do better!

I wanted a cheap tablet specifically for flying and using in-flight entertainment systems to watch movies. In this regard it’s only okay. It does freeze more often than it should while using the plane’s wi-fi ( but when I tried the same wi-fi with my phone, the same movie plays fine ).
But downloading movies before the flight and watching them on the tablet works great. The picture quality is very good and no lagging at all.

I have now had some time using this Android-based tablet and so far have been very impressed with the overall quality for the price it’s listed on here is almost too good to be true. The price is good for what I received. It’s running on the old Android 9 but this isn’t a deal-breaker. Especially with what we are using it for, mostly watching videos or browsing the web. The tablet has no problems with numerous tabs open and even a game playing in the background. The initial start-up it does take a minute to get set up and ready for use but this is with any tablet, once it’s ready and running thing is a beast for only having 2GB of RAM. And surprisingly does quite well for it.

Another good thing to mention is the tablet I paid for has 32GB of memory this is another main reason why I wanted this model many tablets at this price range only have 16GB of memory and in 2020 this just isn’t enough storage. With the option to add more via SD card.

NO BLOAT WARE! Now, this is a must I don’t want to buy a tablet with unnecessary bloatware that does nothing but take up space and who knows what else I am happy to say this tablet has none that I can tell.

My son loves to play CODM or Fortnite even though the tablet has only 2GB it’s able to keep up with Fortnite and CODM without worries. (Helps if you have good internet speed) but it does in fact work and no lag. With that 5000 mAh battery helps to stay charged for a good few hours. If just playing around on the web the battery will surely last much longer. The first thing I did once it arrived was charged it fully to 100% and let it drain to 0% for a better healthy battery.

Lastly, I would like to end this by saying I enjoyed how this brand takes pride in the small details too like the packaging. Tablet came very nicely packaged with perfect instructions the box was shrinked wrapped in plastic wrap with a nice hardshell box.
