If you want an inexpensive emergency charger, then this is it. Worked for what I needed it for. It will consume a lot of power depending on the use but I charged my phone with a fast charger and it only dropped 5-10% and only took 20 minutes from a 40% battery. It’s a good back up and doesn’t take forever to recharge.

Got one use out of the charger, then quit all together could not do a Reset or any effective troubleshooting, Not sure if leaving the charger plugged in caused it damage or not. Tried to get answers from the manufacture, they responded but only offered to send me a new one, I didn’t get my technical questions answered, and I didn’t have a direct way to contact them. And I didn’t have any way to followup with them when a replacement would be sent. When I checked with Amazon CS they didn’t have any record or contact information of vendor requesting my address and delivery information or eta when the new item would come. so I felt I was left without enough information as to what to expect Not sure if they have my address or how they would send me a new one. So at least Amazon gave me a refund and I will wait a few days to see if PFPower will make good on their replacement delivery. If not at least I can order up another one, I like the design enough I’m willing to try again, and hope the next unit won’t be defective.
