Working great and doesn’t require the expensive rolls like in some other brands that have a sensor to detect that youre buying an original branded roll.

Took a bit to hack the machine to fit smaller stickers/keep them centered, but it is doable. Was hard to find anything that does small stickers and doesn’t require original labels. It takes a moment to learn how to adjust printing density and software, but customer support via WhatsApp is very responsive and helpful. I wish all customer support was like this. Would buy again and recommend. Other companies rip you off ultimately w cost you pay for rolls that are original and detected by a machine.

Incompatible with newer stickers

I bought this thermal printer to create logo labels. The clear sticker and pink rounds worked great with some adjusting of the offset. However when I purchased the gold rounds every print was off. After reaching out to their team I was informed this model is not compatible with these stickers that are SOLD by MUNBYN. This incompatibility is not listed anywhere, the stickers themselves nor the model. Very frustrating.

Update! Munbyn reached out and offered to make the problem right and acknowledged my frustration. I’ve never received that level of customer service from a review before. Although I was annoyed about having to waste time and money initially, I would use this company again because of the high level of customer service and their willingness to right the issue. Impressive service.

This printer was incredibly easy to install. The manual comes with a web address from where you can download the driver in your computer for installment. However, the download file that was in the given website’s link wasn’t compatible with my windows laptop. I searched in the Munbyn’s official website and found a page with installment drivers for all their printers. From there, I was able to get the correct file for my laptop. (I needed a file extension that ended with .exe instead of .rar that my laptop does not recognize.) This whole thing took may be five minutes.

I had some trouble with the alignment of the label pages — they kept coming out lopsided or with the content cutoff. This can be fixed by fixing the print scale setting in the laptop.
I haven’t tried setting it up with Bluetooth on my phone. The print comes out in good quality.

This printer is very compact and does not take up a lot of space.

It came well packed (not too much packaging, just the apt amount for protection) with clear instructions. It has all the cords and plugs that you’d need, of course.

I have always used the labels that come in rolls rather in stacks that fan out, because my previous printer required that roll format. You could still use the label rolls with this. Just get a label holder (not expensive) to store the rolls and then feed it to the printer. Those holders can be used to hold the rolling labels as well as the stacked type.

Recommend this product.

I absolutely love this printer, the small size allows me to easily move it around my home and the set up took little to no time! I will say though I was a little confused when it came to connecting it to my iPhone so I could print labels from my Shopify account but I was able to figure that set up out rather quickly! All I had to do was download the Munbyn app, connect the printer to the app and select print from my Shopify account. Just remember to update the label size and you’ll have no problems!

Great printer. Wish I gotten it sooner. I have a brother printer which I paid over 300.00 for it. It does print better but no app and shipping labels cost a lot. This labels are cheap and stick as good. And has different sizes and colors. Just wish it had wifi like my brother printer. But I like has fast and the app works. Save hundreds a year just on shipping labels. Hopefully it will last.

Won’t connect to Android Phone or Tablet

I bought this to print labels from a Samsung tablet and phone, both android devices. Downloaded the app, accepted the permission requests, but can’t get it to connect to either device.
Customer service is virtually nonexistent. I used their online chatbot to troubleshoot and had to leave an email address for them to get back to me.
I was able to print via a laptop and the provided USB cable so I do know the printer is working, but I bought this one for the wireless printing.
If they are able to help me resolve the situation, I’ll update my review, but as of now it’s a paperweight.

Update 11/02/23
I’ve been exchanging emails back and forth with customer support, of note, their hours are: Mon. – Fri. 9PM – 6:30AM (EST).
This meant I would get a response at like midnight as opposed to during US daytime hours, so it slowed down the exchange rate.
Per their request I emailed them a video showing I was doing the proper steps to connect via blutooth, I sent them screenshots, etc. It was me proving I’m not a moron (which I get it, the issue could have been user error), but after showing that it wasn’t, they did not have any solutions. There were no driver updates, patches, etc. to try, but they did offer to provide a new device, so props to them for that.

It does work as via a USB cable and my computer and that has been pretty easy to do, so if that’s what you are looking for, I say go for it. It prints quick, the labels are readable. I’ve been designing labels using Microsoft publisher without issue. Just change the page size to match your label size and you are good to go.

Summary – If you are wanting to connect to an android device, maybe you’ll have better luck than me, but I can’t recommend it for that.
Wired connection, no issue.
Customer service hours are not conducive to US daytime hours, but they do respond.
