The headsets ear piece for me is a little on the bigger side but it’s comfortable and it has cushion. The headset is adjustable. At first the calls were a little muffled but after a few calls the muffles went away and I can hear the caller clearly. It last pretty long over 8 hours or even a day or two on a full charge.

Headset is very comfortable and battery life is pretty decent. I’ve had this headset for about 2 months now and a couple times during the first 3 weeks or so that I had the headset, the person I was talking to would become very distorted and hard to understand. Now it’s about 1 out of every 3 phone calls where the person on the other end is distorted. If I turn off the headset and unplug the dongle and plug it back in, then I can usually get several more phone calls in a row without the other persons voice becoming distorted.

My company recently changed from a standard desk phone to a phone that is on our computers. They provided us with terrible wired headsets that covered both ears. I work in an office where I’m up and moving throughout the day and I didn’t want to be tethered to my desk.

That’s when I went to Amazon and found this headset that allowed me to plug a dongle into my computer that makes the headset wireless. It comes with it’s own charging stand and only covers one ear.

I’ve had a few weeks to work while using the headset and it’s been wonderful. The sound quality is amazing, the headset itself is comfortable and I’ve been able to walk all the way back into the warehouse while on the phone with no distruption to the call. I will say that occasionally when I answer the phone I can hear them, but they can’t hear me. I’ve found if you pull out the bluetooth dongle and plug it back in that it corrects the issue immediately.

I would totally recommend this product.
