I am now past the return window, and at first I was so thrilled with this purchase. It did exactly what it was supposed to,and I loved this product. It allowed my phone to hold a charge for hours (My phone does not hold a charge past an hour which is why I need this external charger)….the problem I am having is that it is not getting a full charge. I have had it charging for two days and it never charged past the second light.

It turns out that the reason that it wouldn’t charge past the first light was that I was had a bad USB port. So I tried a new USB port and thankfully after a few hours I checked it and it was FULLY CHARGED!! I’m so happy. For 10 dollars it is DEFINITELY worth every penny.
