Decent tablet for a toddler

My 2 year old loves to color. This makes it easy for him to do that wherever and whenever he wants.
He also likes to watch his shows on Netflix, however, it keeps logging out of it and saying it’s not about to be played on kids safe mode. It isn’t letting me turn kids safe mode off. Therefore, I have to let him watch it on the parent profile.

This has been a surprisingly good tablet for the price.

PROS
– Speed: The speed was surprisingly good. It is faster than more expensive tablets. Still, it is a budget tablet so it’s not a lightning response. I have not been frustrated with the speeds at all. Videos load easily, apps come up within a second. No issues.
– Shell: The shell is pretty neat. It is a soft gummy outside. I really liked the color and the top loopy handles so that kids can easily carry the tablet..
– Preinstalled apps: The preinstalled apps are definitely geared towards education. I’m very thankful for them. I forgot to download other apps on a flight but my kid still had the neat drawing app. There are two other apps. One is very educational like shapes, memory, alphabet, brain teasing, etc. activities. The other is a cool camera that can detect animal images from the included page and do interactive things like tiger flips, etc. Check the picture to see what I mean.
– Great Connections: Everything worked very easily. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth had no issues.
– Camera: The camera was fine. There is a rear and a front camera.

This is pretty great for a budget tablet. The speed is not frustrating and generally behaves like an android tablet should. The parent controls are also helpful to keep your kids in certain apps.

We were taking a vacation and the road trip was about 12 hours total so I got this for my granddaughter to keep her occupied. She loved it. The only problem was when we stopped she didn’t want to give it up! It took some for us to figure out how to get into the various settings but once we did, we didn’t have any trouble.

It is easy for a toddler to hold and use. The screen quality is good for a kid’s tablet. It had about a 4 hour battery life and is easy to charge. It is a nice little tablet for road trips or anytime you need to occupy your toddler at a good price!
