So far I’ve really liked this USB “thumb” drive, though it is pricey compared to others with similar capacity.
1. The housing is aluminum (I think), not plastic. Appears to be able to withstand a lot more “throwing around”
2. The dual USB A and C connectors is a nice touch, though I’ve not used the C yet. Handy to connect to a tablet or phone as well as a PC.
3. The flipping between the A and C is neat, but it means one is uncovered from the casing. Included is well-fitting little “condoms” to cover the exposed connectors. Another nice touch. If you don’t lose them.
4. The read – write performance seems nominal for USB-3 interface. I did however reformat to NTFS instead of the supplied exFAT, which fit my needs for file structure better. This may not be optimal for all users.
5. It comes with a metal (steel) case to store it in, which fit my needs as an “away” backup of vital docs and pictures. It travels with me when away. The drive nests in foam in its case, which is handy for rough handling when tossed in vehicles, boxes, pockets, etc when traveling.
I needed more than the typical 8-16-32-64 etc. capacity for my data, and this one is not that far out of line for 512GB price-wise from others.
So far I haven’t found a negative, but I’ve only used it a couple months. I included a picture of the drive in its case; I don’t think one’s on the Amazon page.
Overall, I’d buy this again if needed.

I really Like this USB Drive. I use a Macbook “USB C” wife who uses Windows “USB 3” this drive fits both our computers and lets us copy files back and forth without issues. I really like the silver color, and weight of this device. I have another USB device and took the caps off and put them on this device to help keep pocket lint and dust out of the ports while traveling with the device. My only issue is this device came in with a card that said to register for warranty on one side and on the other it said Thank you for choosing DIDIVO. Get a free gift win up to $20. I peeled off the sticker and it said Congratulations $10 scan this QR Code so I did, and followed everything there, in the end, I never got the $10 free gift…. I never did get a free gift of $10…

As with a lot of Chinese products that are very good they do not have instructions how to use it. And the instructions that do come with the items are meant for people with technical support/knowledge that know what the hell they are doing. In short there many more people like me that do not know how to use or figure out how to use computer generated items. Luckily my granddaughter was there to help me. If not I still be trying to figure out how to use it. My biggest advice to these companies is to hire a person that doesn’t know anything teach him and let him write something basic for less than technical logical people like me. But it did seem to work really well.

The DIDIVO USB C Flash Drive is made of metal and seems sturdy enough.

The price makes it a great value too.

I did not measure the file transfer speed but it’s fast enough for my needs.

Comes nicely and securely packaged in an attractive box which could make for a nice gift to others.

Brought this flash drive to transfer files from my old 2011 Macbook air to my M1 Macbook Air. Didn’t want to too much money on one so I gave this a try based on it’s reviews. Works perfectly!! Had no issues with slow file transfers and it was instantly recognized by both computers.

It’s a shiny metal which is probably prone to scratches so I would protect it with a case or pouch to prevent that.

I purchased and tested six 64 GB, double-headed USB thumb drives from Amazon, in November of 2020, before deciding which one to give as gifts this year. The Didivo ranked #3 for MP3 and #3 for JPEG, when tested with more than 2,000 normal size JPG and MP3 files. The drive remained cool throughout testing. The finish was chrome. (I prefer brushed nickel, to hide fingerprints.) The packaging was the best of the bunch.

The only minor issue I have is that it doesn’t come with a protective cap. It’s fine for me, since I’m using it as a backup for important photos and documents, and will keep it in its box in my desk drawer. But if you need something to carry with you, I’d be worried about it becoming damaged.
