Disappointed as other reviewers with Alexa compatibility. However, after installing the ESEECLOUD APP and giving it the Alexa Service Authorization under the Settings / Advanced Setting menu, I was able to view thru this camera using the Device Dashboard / Cameras selection. That said, there is no ability to control it thru the Dashboard. Again, I am only commenting on what I was able to achieve on my Kindle HD 10.

For a budget camera , it works wee , as good as my ring cameras

This is a good budget minded camera ! Vivid picture , controls just about any feature you would want to control. One issue : it indicates indoor/outdoor but I fail to find an IPV rating . I opine outdoor indicates under an overhang . Anyone know if it resist weather?

For $20, this camera is totally worth it. Even if it were a dummy camera, it would have been worth $20!!! I ran an extra outlet and socket, installed the hardware, and did the software setup in under an hour. I love the ability to rotate and adjust the height of the camera. I am also really impressed with the zoom ability. I am going to be putting up a couple more! Even if it lasted a year, it’s totally worth it.

Best $20 I ever spent. Used it outside my apartment in A bad dangerous apartment complex. Not only did it record well but it deterred the drug foot traffic around my door. They knew I meant business in recording their crime. Made me feel safer. Had they tried to destroy the camera it still recorded and sent it to my phone. I was finally able to move to a safer more civilized complex and don’t need it now.

Police always showed up saying the same thing – “If I don’t see it I can’t do anything.” After the camera they couldn’t say it anymore.

We live in A dangerous world. Get the security before the cost goes up.

Picture quality is pretty good. Plugs In to a light socket like a light bulb so no batteries to worry about. You can rotate the camera in real time and zoom in as well as talk through it. It will also follow movement which is cool. The app is easy to use. Technically you can use it without buying anything, but they have plans as low as $5 a month depending on how long you want to have access to saved video. For $20 this is way more than I expected.
