Follow these steps:
Before you begin to fill your water bags ½ to ¾ full with your garden hose, be sure to feed the water bags through the loops on your winter cover. Make sure to place your Buffalo Blizzard Water Bags around the perimeter of your winter cover. We suggest placing the water bags end-to-end around the perimeter of your swimming pool to fully ensure that no unwanted debris will enter your pool from underneath your winter cover. Place the water bags approximately 18 inches away from the inside edge of your swimming pool.
