Nice to have in the pool

I bought this speaker to not only listen to music while in the pool, but to be able to answer the phone as well. It’s so annoying when your phone rings when you’re lounging in the pool and you then have to make your way over to where you left your phone to answer it! This little speaker floats around the pool, is connected by bluetooth to your phone so you can take a call with a simple press of a button! The sound quality is decent enough as long as there is no water in the speaker. If there is a lot of splashing or if the speakers turns upside down, you’ll need to blow the water out as the sound will be muffled. The lights are an added bonus! This is a cute, inexpensive, water-proof speaker that does what it’s intended to do. Worth the money for sure!

Currently sitting in my hot tub enjoying the music and ambience this little speaker is creating. I don’t have the volume all the way up in the video but, though it’s small, it’s mighty.

There are different colors to choose from but I like to keep it where the lights change based off the beat of the music you are listening to.

I actually bought this speaker a year ago when I bought my hot tub and it worked pretty well up until about a month ago. The battery died and when I went to charge it, the charge would not hold. It wouldn’t even play or stay on when plugged in. I contacted the seller and explained to the situation. They quickly addressed my concern and, as I was within the year warranty, they gave me a coupon for me to purchase a new speaker for $0.01. I’ve had this new speaker for about a month now and it has been charging and working perfectly! Also of note, this speaker holds its charge for a long time, which is great because you don’t have to worry about charging it frequently.

Works ok but the sound is questionable if the top gets wet…

We were really excited to try this in the pool and in the hot tub but we were hoping for a bit too much I guess.
So the color is great very purple, it feels sturdy and charged good. It seemed very load when we tested it out of the pool and the colors were very bright. It does stay upright on its own even once the water gets to moving it more or less stayed upright.
Let me point out it is water proof no water got “in” anywhere but once water splashed on the top and set in the speaker area the sound has forever been a bit muffled even after complete drying. The water seems to “pool” onto of the speaker so if you pick it up and shake it out you can get a bit louder.
Also If you turn it to the max loudness it “cuts” out, almost like loosing signal , maybe a loudness safety thing. But before it got wet the first time it would go loader no problem. So I am not sure what happened here.
The light feature works very well with and without music. It also seemed to hold a single charge very well.
For a “Water speaker” I would have to say this is not a good one. Light show it is really neat though.

We’ve been using this in our 21′ above-ground pool and the best things about it are that it connects easily, has good battery life, and sounds good while the driver is dry. What isn’t perfect about this speaker is that the driver doesn’t stand up to splashing. If even a single drop of water gets into the grill it completely stops making noise until you blow it out. I understand that speakers work a certain way but it seems like there could have been some shielding for a speaker intended to be used in water.

The lights are colorful and fun and flash like a dance party in the pool. Would recommend.

This light is a great buy. I can have some lights in my hot tub but also play music. The sound is good for the price and works well in a hot tub. Would prob not be quite loud enough for a big pool. Have turned it on in the hot tub with bubbles and unfortunately not loud enough with bubbles on but I don’t use the bubbles the whole time anyway. Also have gotten water in the speaker part multiple times just shook it a little and blew into it and the sound was right back to normal. It’s not a $200 floating Bluetooth speaker but does exactly what it says it does quite well especially when factoring in price.

better then what we expected for the price. easy to hook up, reasonably loud (had at max volume with full jets, was at decent volume), and the mic is nice. The lights that go with the music are fun as well.

sound quality is the only major downfall. slightly better then a cell phone speaker, just with more volume.

Probably not very water worthy, took it into the hot tub and had to be careful it didn’t tip over. Lit even when lights are turned off has a blue glow. Pretty loud but never had it up very high. If you touch the buttons weird it may butt dial someone. Pretty good purchase, battery lasts quite awhile but haven’t really had it at a pool party. Can’t imagine it would be super great in a pool probably best to go Bose. Get what you pay for, I’m satisfied.

The pictures advertised show it to be much larger than it is. Idk why they did that because it’s a really good product. Super easy to use instructions for synchronization. I love all the different lighting options on it because it lights up the pool. The sound is good, I try not to put it too loud, as I don’t want to bother my neighbours. There is also a Bluetooth connection for your phone to answer and hang up calls which is amazingly convenient for getting calls while I’m in the pool.
