The pens were exactly what I wanted. They marked on all of surfaces, mainly metal tool boxes, plastic cases, etc.
All you have to do is let the paint dry for a few minutes. If you make a mistake, just wipe it off and start over (yes I did this a few times so I know it works).

I thought these paint pens would make it easier to paint a narrow wood frame than a brush but I was wrong. They seem like they’d be fine for writing on things but the point is too narrow to do much more than a line…even most markers are wider so to the brush for my project1

I followed all the instructions on how to get the paint to come out but it took over 5 minutes (per marker) of pressing the tip before the paint would finally come out. Now that I wasted over 30 minutes just trying to get the markers to work, I have no time to use them so I can’t tell you how they actually work on different surfaces. I also have no idea if I decide to use them in a few days if I will have to repeat the process of trying to get the paint out. I have other markers that are similar and they only take less than a minute to get the paint out.
