I like that the container is made of a sturdy but flexible material and has a handle and zips up easily It also has a plastic card holder on the front to let you label the contents or add additional information to where it should be kept. The batteries fit well in the pre-cut holes in the foam and do not slip out and move around in the case while it is being carried. The batteries that do not fit in any pre-cut holes in the material have to be added to the top section of the case and maybe come loose. The top part of the case zips up and is mesh and even if the batteries become loose they will not fall out but there is not a dedicated area to secure button or smaller batteries. I just keep mine in the upper part zipped up. I like this as a more portable option than the competing Battery Daddy, I feel that the case and batteries would be protected if dropped from four to six feet. I cannot say the same about the Battery Daddy, as it is made from plastic and I feel that in cold environments, from a high enough drop, it could shatter very easily. The advantage that the Battery Daddy has over this case is that you can see the batteries at a glance without having to open the case to find out what you have available. It is not a huge or daunting task to unzip this case and look inside, but the Battery Daddy’s transparency is a nice feature even if you risk breaking it if dropped. I am happy with this purchase as it can be tossed in the back without fear of breaking.
