This is Kasey Kahne’s actual race-used helmet that he wore at the beginning of the 2005 season at California International Speedway! Kasey ran this Mountain Dew paint scheme one time that year and this is the only helmet he wore for the event! This full-size race helmet features an amazing paint job done by Kasey’s helmet designer at the time, Gary Hess. It has also been autographed by Kasey on the top in black Sharpie! This is as real as it gets…the mic and HANS device clips are still installed and has been proudly displayed since the end of the 2005 season! This is from our personal collection and now it can be yours! The helmet was originally given away in 2005 as a Pepsi Co. promotion item and is truly an extremely unique collectible that you simply will not find anywhere else! The slight cracking of paint on the front was done prior to the sweepstakes giveaway. Unsure how the damage occurred, but it very well could have been from Kasey himself!
