I got these for the white to paint on black fabric and black paint to go on white fabric. First couple of layers of white on black came out gray. It worked best to let the coat dry & then go over it t least 3 times. Black on white didn’t need extra coats, just touch ups. I am satisfied with the product & would purchase again.

Paint rubs off like chalk

I’ve tried using these paint pens on wood, plastic, stone, and PVC. No matter the surface, the paint easily rubs off as a dust once dry. The process of mixing and priming the pens is annoying as well. You have to really shake the pen vigorously for at least 5 minutes to get it to mix and run fluidly. Repeated pressing of the felt tip is needed to prime and saturate the felt so it can be used. You also cannot paint a word easily because you have to repeatedly prime the tip during the writing process, which makes for poor looking letters.

I was very excited about this product as it looked like it was gong to solve a major problem I had with detail work. However, I found the paint to be almost watering (shook the cylinder vigorously before use), paint flow to the nib sucked. A waste of money.
