Listen here folks! This is a nice system for the money, I would keep it if I could have found support. The reason why I needed the support is to change the username and password! After 5 attempts will sound and it wasn’t accepting the password given and an alarm will.sound if you couldn’t get into the system! So after 4 phone calls Multiple transfers on each call and chats twice and 3 hours later- I’m returning the system for a refund. And not to mention the warranty I bought still hasn’t arrived! So you see the dilemma now!. #Ompl I Sure do hope with fine company has a Wonderful holiday season 😊 but know I’ll pass on buying anything from this company again! P.S. was in talks with lifoarey customer service and was told I could it this system for the original price I paid for it! Now Nacy has ghosted me since apparently seeing the price difference onsale for black friday and tried to bamboozle me into paying more than in the original deal! I should share the screen shots of lifoarey customer service saying they will in fact honor the original deal! It has taken over a week to just get an email for them not to honor the deal! It’s a complete waste of time at this point! And to offer a 10 % discount is an insult without remorse! Same you Amazon and lifoarey for not honoring your word! Had an issue getting my dvr to connect outside of my home wifi network. I reached out to the support and they were phenomenal at getting back to me quickly, and immediately, with a resolution. Now I can view my cameras anywhere I go, the picture is great and they have cloud storage absolutely wonderful. And they are not trying to break your pockets to get them!!!

Pics depict how the night vision works, the light stays on until the sun rises. Cool lil system for the price, just needed eyes and light around my place. I have not done the app but it wasn’t as easy like other systems I’ve done.
Finally got the app set up on mine and my wife’s phone. App is basic two buttons on top in Chinese I think, but definitely needed buttons, as one of them is a playback button that allows you to select which time of day to select. Will be using for my alarm business for customers in a tighter budget.
