Underpass Cones are designed to help develop the hand skills of hockey players. Use a spare stick or 3/4 PVC tubing and press it down into a set of cones. This creates a bridge under which you can pass a puck or ball in order to develop your hand-stick-puck-eye coordination. Underpass cones are also the foundation for the Underpass System, a modular line of training tools used by some of the best hockey skills coaches in North America.
