This thing has dozens more features than my wifes FItbit, at a tiny fraction of the cost. Comfortable band. The accompanying mobile app is a little quirky, and the OS on the watch itself is a little quirky. There are a few of the apps that don’t work exactly like I’d expect – but considering I spent about 1% of what a Fitbit or Apple Watch would cost (that have quirks of their own) – this thing has been an AMAZING value. I’ve recommended these all over the place.
I had my original one for 3 weeks before some functions went out; the seller was wonderful and got me a replacement for free that hasn’t had an issue since. 5/5 recommend this seller !
Cannot text off it but you can use for a phone call with no extra phone number or anything Several wallpapers I mean I had to scrolllllllll Can use your own photo for wallpaper but not slide show like Apple some wallpaper has the battery life showing so you gotta look for that otherwise custome is just time and heart beat.
The heart monitor and O2 sensors are accurate af just take a moment to read, I also fine that it’s more accurate than Apple like others have said. My brother returned his galaxy watch and is looking to order one since he saw mine. Pictures automatically from watch to phone just like Apple speaker quality for talking I have yet to try but I li e this more than my Apple gen1 and to say I hope I can keep it lasting since it’s supposed to be water resistant or proof…. Idk I like the look and figured I’d try since it was on sale less than 20$.
Hope the company can make a watch stand for these… 😉 hint hint
It worked as it should for about 3 weeks. Now won’t register steps, sleep, heart rate, blood oxygen. Basically I have a glorified watch that dies every 4 days. Very disappointing.
Some of the functions didn’t work out the gate like find my phone or do not disturb but I was ok with that. The step counter is horribly inaccurate as well as the cal counter. At 1 point the watch said my heart rate was 12bpm during a workout no matter how I positioned it on my wrist and now today it won’t take a charge. As for apperceive it was a good looking watch with a surprisingly decent display and the price was spot on. I’m actually sad it will no longer work.
Basic apps work fine. Watch is sturdy and can take some abuse. I’m having a couple of issues with it. It doesn’t easily connect to charge. You have to jiggle the magnets and manipulate into place to get the watch to start charging. Other issue I’m having with it is it interferes with other Bluetooth devices like headphones. It’s fighting them to play music and cuts in and out no matter the setting. I’m not a novice user and unfamiliar with how to connect and operate devices, this one is a struggle. Other than that I love the blood pressure, weather, and step counting features…. although now thinking about it, you have to refresh your phone app for it to read the weather…. which kind of defeats the purpose.

To properly review these, I do have to lean on the fact that I had a high quality nearly 4x the value of this one watch for over 18 months. This allows me to make a fair comparison to this product based on some of the expected options, durability, battery life and comfort value for this price point. And although this watch does have a lot to give, I would honestly notch at 4 stars as the accuracy is a bit optimistic. Also, although generally comfortable it is more sensitive to change in temperature or you sweating means you will more frequently add or remove a notch to the bracelet to keep it from becoming too tight or too loose.
Another slight down is the battery will run down in 3-4 days if you do 1h activity daily and have blood oxygen check hourly with constant heartrate. Compare to my other product that does nearly 2 weeks with similar actions. To extend battery enough for 1-week, which is great so you can build a recharge routine, you will need to get blood oxygen check every 6 hour instead, reduce brightness a bit and perhaps turn off an option or two around weather or notifications. Finally, the software offers the base and has many options but has way too many settings area in addition to what is required on your phone to be done.
With that said, there is a lot to offer here for the value. All the base options are there and the software app is decent. You can see on the video the various main screen showing heartrate, sleep, and oxygen. Within those there are frequently addition screen, swiping down, to show more details or weekly/monthly averages. I setup a few of the options for media playing, weather, and notification and a few more are available such as using the watch speaker/mic to do calls or even listen to music directly on watch. Great stuff but as indicated above this will eat your battery so choose wisely or if you are fine recharging more frequently.
Speaking of charging, I am not a fan of the custom charger although being magnetic and quick connect this is not standard and only 1 come with the watch. This is more a critic of all such watch, stop this and settle on wireless charging and/or USB-C because more single purpose wire is not a great option as you need to chase it. Ensure you have it with you if you travel and if it gets damaged then well you got to order one.
Back on the features, you can see on the video as well the many, if not tons, of exercise this watch support. The list is nearly endless. Luckily you can go in the app to narrow this down to what you use. However, it may not be apparent first where that happen. That would be under the sports tab then clicking the + at the top right. This will give you the full list as seen in one of the screenshots. There you can click the – to remove, reorder them from your most frequent to least, for example. Note that only the first 4 will be available in the sport tab to track with GPS, timing to consider if you do more than 4 frequently.
The device tab screenshot will show you many options and settings area are there and many of those have sub, and sub-sub areas. So yes, great for have lots of options but many are in fact settings to adjust on your phone so you can leverage fully the watch and app. Seem a bit more complicated then it needs to be compare to other such product. But it makes it works. The me section, is where you can set goals and see your personal details or training plan.
Yes, there are a few faces watch available, as seen in the video, and more can be downloaded and organized. There a fairly large selection of bot digital and needle type. There is also a theme where you can decide if the menu is one-line, multiple icon or a radial like icon menu.
In regard to the date recording, I said the watch was a bit optimistic and the I mean around the steps you take or the sleep length. It seem generous in detecting your step by a bit more, nothing exaggerated and ultimately if you compare always to your own data on the same watch then it still fine to check your performance. Same with sleeping, I often go to bed reading a bit first and it seem the watch picked a bit of that as light sleeping when it fact I was awake. So being aware of that still allow you to figure out how good your sleep was, and if you go straight to bed to sleep then this is not even an issue for you.
In the end, if you dig enough, you can find a lot to configure or leverage with the product. It is good general quality and if you are worried to loose/damage a high price watch then at least this one gives you peace of mind. With all the base function in place, lots of customization, great extra feature such as call on the watch itself there is lot for many people.
4.0 out of 5 stars
