I downloaded the app from the Play Store and was told to “follow the on-screen instructions to complete the install”. OK, next it asked me to select a ‘root file’ and gave me a list of 2 obscure files to choose from, neither of which were familiar to me. I tried them both, one at a time, and neither one worked. It would not let me browse or type in a root file of my own. Tried the chat window and although it seemed I was interacting with a live person, the answers were so canned and standardized that it was easily apparent there was no one actually there. I will be returning this item very soon.
