It’s good for my 2 year old, but even with a great Wi-Fi connection, it was moving slow setting up, and connection was going in and out .

I want to start out by saying I was intially really confused, and I’m still somewhat confused. When you first turn on the tablet it opens to a page that looks similar to a leap frogs… I didn’t realize the tablet comes with a preset password of 0000, and you must use it to access the inital parent controls and such. Thats where you can add other apps such as netflix and other playstore games. I’m still not sure how to really navigate it though so we shall see how it holds up.

I sent mine back for a refund. I can’t say whether or not mine was faulty or if this product was overall bad. The touch screen was very difficult to use, the settings and functions were extremely difficult to navigate, and even after trying the trouble shooting options I couldn’t get apps to function properly. And I have great wireless internet here, my TV/Cellphone/Desktop/Ipad all work fine on it, simultaneously even… so, in my opinion this tablet wasn’t worth the cost or the trouble in just trying to set it up.

The product itself is great. However I bought this for my 4 year old grandson for games and cartoons as the ad for this describes, and it is extremely complicated for a child to use! I had to set it up with my credentials in order for him to even use. The interface is just like any other tablet-computer with small hidden icons. This is just a tablet with a couple games, and coloring activities other than that it’s for a teen up in my opinion.
