Bought a refurb 2020 iMac with only 8GB, but removed that in favor of this 2x16GB kit. Could have combined for 40GB, but no need for me. I may add a second 32GB kit for 64GB total at some point. Install takes about 5 minutes and most of that time was just taking precautions with lying my iMac face down on a software towel on my desk so it was easier to get to the little memory slots. Boot up was perfect the first time and having no problems. Great money saver vs Apple installed memory.

I recently purchase my iMac 🖥 27” 5k display, with 8g of ram….. apples ram options where just too expensive!…. so I decided to just buy them here and do it my self, they where the cheaper option then other ones here….oh boy … buying this where a complete fail!…. THEY MADE MY IMAC EVEN SLOWER…. maybe it was just a fluke of like 1 wrong out of 100 or maybe they just don’t work, but in my experience, they did NOT perform as expected…. returning and buying something better,
Really never buy the cheap options … lesson learned
