Warning
• Since the ceiling patio heater has two filaments, an inside filament and an outside filament, the outside filament is much longer. The longer the filament, the lower its density and color temperature under the same power conditions. As a result, the outside filament is darker than the inner filament, which will make customers feel that it doesn’t work. This is a normal phenomenon that doesn’t affect the heat and can be used normally.
• Please note that the main power on/off button on the heater needs to be turned on to put it into “standby mode” before the heater can be turned on with the remote for use.
