The tools and equipment that we use to craft our metalwork are traditional. The processes we use are the same as those from the past.

PREMIUM QUALITY: Our heavy duty decorative nails clavos are designed to be the perfect ornamental hardware for your DIY project. Our decorative door studs are super easy to install— will not break or bend like other decorative tacks for wood.
PREMIUM FABRICATION: The iron nails are individually MIG welded by hand to ensure that the nail shank is attached to the top of the nail head as securely as possible. Competitor decorative clavos are spot welded which is a less expensive, but inferior process and why their nails break so easily.
PREMIUM COATING: Our black decorative nail heads are the only nail head clavos that have a zinc undercoating for rust resistance. The clavos nails are then coated with an industrial powder coating. To ensure that these decorative bolts are a great decorative metal trim for barn door window shutters, fake wood beams and rustic speakeasy doors.
EASY INSTALLATION: Installing our black tacks is simple. Position the rustic nails to the desired location and gently tap them in the center with a rubber mallet until it’s securely in place.
