I got this for my mom as a gift, and we both love it. It looks great and seems to be made well. It is nice that you can add pictures to it via the app, and can give access to other people to add from their phones also. It has a touch screen and is easy for her to use. If there is a picture that comes up that needs to be made to fit the screen, it can be adjusted and saved in a matter of seconds. I would highly recommend this.

We have had a 10.1 digital frame with the USB port for a long time but the pictures are not as easy to see if you aren’t close so we decided to upgrade to a larger frame. This frame is absolutely perfect! Pictures are easy to upload from the app and the touch screen editing is awesome! The picture quality is beyond our expectations and we feel like this is the best gift we’ve given ourselves in quite a while!
We have read some reviews about the frame not working after some time so our fingers are crossed that ours works for years to come!
We would buy this again! It would make for a great gift and we are thinking to buy more for gifts in the future.

If you are looking to buy a digital photo frame, I highly, highly recommend this item. We had a different brand before that lasted about 18 months before it went bad. I ordered this one after looking at a lot of digital frames.

Setup: Very easy. You take it out of the box, plug it in, and it walks you through it. You connect it to your WIFI, insert a SD card (Unlike many of the other photo frames, this takes a full size SD card, not the Mini SD card that most others take, thankfully I had an adapter). After that, you simply need to download the Frameo app on your phone, create an account or login, then connect your app to the frame which is very easy (in the settings of the frame, there is a tab to add “a friend.” When you click that tab, it will show you a code, and it also has a qr code that you can scan in the app to automatically link it. From there, you can start adding photos.

Settings: There are a lot of customizable settings, and I haven’t tried them all yet. First, I noticed that it was set to shut off at 11pm and turn on automatically at 7am. Since my wife gets up for work before 7am, I changed that to 5am. Another setting is for the motion sensor. By default, it automatically turns off the screen after I believe 15 minutes of no motion being detected. Since we have this in our living room where we often watch TV, this wasn’t good. I decided to turn off the motion sensor to keep the screen on at all times between 5am and 11pm (before making this change it shut off on it’s own while we were watching TV, and we like to be able to look over every now and then to see the pictures).

When you send pics to the frame, some of the pics will show zoomed in. If you don’t like that, simply touch the screen when the pic is showing, and click full screen, then you will see the entire picture.

You can also send videos to this digital frame. It will only send a 15 second clip of the video, and you can choose which 15 seconds you want to see on the frame. Unlike some other frames, you don’t have to pay for an upgrade or subscription service for this feature to work. Just a FYI with videos, there is sound as well. If you don’t want to hear the sound, you can turn that off or adjust the volume. We actually enjoy this feature.

Now I can see all my pictures and no more clutter on the dresser. It’s easy to add and remove pictures, easy to change the pictures to view them on the frame. The motion sensor is wonderful. The display goes to sleep when no one is in the room. We have the frame set to go to sleep while we are in bed. It’s AWESOME. We ordered two more they’re so great. So glad we found them. I am not great at printing pictures. Too indecisive and don’t know what to do with them all when I want to change the photos. This frame is amazing. Very clear quality. The sensor feature is awesome, assuming this will add much life to the screen time. It is so easy to send pictures. I have one and got my MIL one, very easy to pick which frame to send to. Very easy to flip photos as needed.

Uncertain how storage will play out, interested to see.

Update: My frame is still not working; however, the seller refunded my purchase price. The frame was wonderful while it worked. Easy interface. The seller made good on my issue. Thank you.
loved my frame. My rating on picture quality etc is based on how I rated it when it actually worked.
I bought it because I had my first grandchild and wanted to display my pictures. All was wonderful for the first 7 months. Now, as you can see in the picture, I have a black screen. It started by continually going offline. Then it stopped recognizing my internet password. It would still work offline but no new pictures could be sent to the frame. Contacted Frameo for customer support but never heard back. Then my frame stopped working. Contacted the seller. Waited 4 days with no response. Contacted again. Tried all the troubleshooting with no luck. Finally heard from seller that the cord could be bad but no offer to send new cord. Just sent back another complaint. I’m very frustrated. This was too expensive to not receive customer support. If I hear back from company, I will update. As of now, I say buyer beware.

I was not disappointed! The app is really user friendly and uploading pictures from multiple users is super easy. I do wish the frame came in other size options. Also, would be nice to have the option of it being battery operated as well, so it could easily be hung or displayed anywhere in the home. Other than that, a great buy!
